To use the Service, users must:

• Be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Japanese driver’s license, an International Driving Permit, or a license legally recognized in Japan

• Agree to and comply with these Terms and Japanese traffic laws

• Have no history of major traffic violations or insurance denials

Article 3: Reservation and Cancellation

1. Reservations can be made online and modified or canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled rental time.

2. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

3. The Company may cancel or alter reservations due to force majeure such as bad weather or mechanical issues.

Article 4: Fees and Payment

1. All fees are listed on the website. Payment must be made in cash or by credit card upon vehicle pickup.

2. Additional fees may apply for insurance waivers, optional equipment, or coverage packages.

Article 5｜Online Payment Refund Policy

To protect user rights, the following outlines the refund policy regarding online payments on this platform:

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be requested if any of the following conditions are met:

1. The user cancels the booking voluntarily and meets the refund criteria;

2. The booking is canceled more than 48 hours before vehicle pickup, and the service has not yet been provided;

3. There is a quality issue with the product or service, and valid proof is submitted;

4. A system error or unusual transaction results in a duplicate charge;

5. Other reasonable refund situations as approved by the platform.

2. Refund Method

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method, including but not limited to:

• Alipay: refunded to the original Alipay account

• WeChat Pay: refunded to the original WeChat account

• Bank card (debit/credit): refunded to the original bank account

• Third-party payments (such as Apple Pay, LINE Pay, PayPal): refunded to the original payment account

⚠ Actual time for the refund to appear may vary depending on your card issuer or payment platform’s processing time.

3. Notes

1. Once the refund is completed, a notification will be sent to the user’s registered email or the platform’s message center.

2. If coupons, loyalty points, or discounts were used in the original payment, the refund amount will be adjusted according to platform policy.

3. For partially used services, the refund will be calculated proportionally.

4. If the refund fails due to account issues, incorrect bank details, or a closed account, please contact customer support for assistance.

Article 6: Rental Usage Rules

1. Vehicles must be used legally and safely. Subleasing or misuse is strictly prohibited.

2. In case of accident or breakdown, notify the police and the Company immediately.

3. Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and place. Late returns may incur extra charges.

Users must not:

• Provide false or fraudulent information

• Use vehicles for illegal or criminal purposes

• Damage, modify, or tamper with vehicles

• Interfere with other customers or the Company’s operations

1. The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from force majeure such as disasters, accidents, or third-party actions.
